Some nights stand out on the calendar. And then there is one that brings an entire year to a close and opens the door to what comes next. At Évora Hotel, the arrival of 2027 is inspired by the world of the RED CARPET, for an evening designed to celebrate, raise a glass and create lasting memories.
Under the theme “The Last Portrait of the Year”, New Year’s Eve 2026/2027 invites you to step onto the red carpet and enjoy a special evening filled with fine food, music and a few details that will only be revealed on the night itself.
The celebration starts even before dinner. In the Évora Hotel Lobby, the Saxophone sets the mood during the welcome cocktail, from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
It is the perfect moment to arrive, meet friends, raise a glass and embrace the spirit of the final night of the year before heading to the New Year’s Eve dinner.
Dinner will be served in the Fórum Room, on an evening when gastronomy is very much part of the celebration.
At the table, the invitation is to enjoy dinner at your own pace, in a festive atmosphere created especially for the occasion. After all, the last night of the year is also about flavours, conversation and shared toasts before the countdown begins.
And as midnight approaches, it will be time to leave the table and get ready to welcome 2027.
At midnight, the celebration moves to a new setting. We will gather outside the Lobby to welcome the New Year with Alentejo sparkling wine and the traditional twelve raisins.
A shared toast to 2027 and to all the wishes we carry with us into the New Year.
And after midnight, the party continues.
The soundtrack for the evening will be provided by DJ Rodrigo D’Orey, keeping the celebration going into the early hours.
From well-known classics to rhythms made for the dance floor, music will set the pace for the first hours of 2027. And because New Year’s Eve should always hold a few surprises, there are some moments we would rather not reveal just yet.
After a long night, the first day of 2027 calls for a different pace.
The programme includes a New Year’s Day Buffet Lunch, an opportunity to begin January around the table and extend the celebration. There will also be time to enjoy the Heated Indoor Pool and make the most of the hotel.
For those wishing to explore the city, we suggest a guided tour of Évora’s Historic Centre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, or a walk or bicycle ride along the Évora Hotel Outdoor Circuit.
